TLC serves infants and toddlers with multiple disabilities and blindness along with their families through a variety of therapies. These programs are delivered in-home and through a parent education component that is offered at the TLC campus in collaboration with community resources.

Early intervention creates instructional strategies that build on a child and family’s individual strengths. By promoting active learning each child and family has an effective starting point for meaningful educational instruction. As a result, children participate more at home, in school and throughout their life.
