Through our residential homes for individuals with disabilities, our creative arts day program for individuals with disabilities, and our children’s creative arts after-school programming, TLC’s dedicated staff support individuals in living lives filled with expression, dignity, and opportunity.

TLC’s Residential Department operates a network of warm, supportive residential homes for individuals with disabilities in the Reseda, California area. Our dedicated residential team works around the clock to enrich the daily lives of the adults we serve, creating a true sense of home, belonging, and routine.

TLC’s Creative Arts Day Program for individuals with disabilities offers a vibrant, inclusive environment where adults with developmental disabilities and visual impairments explore art, music, performance, and life skills in a meaningful way. Held at our Reseda, California campus, this program empowers participants to express themselves, form lasting friendships, and build greater independence.
Staff in the Creative Arts Day Program play a pivotal role in guiding participants through active learning, creative exploration, and community integration. TLC’s Children’s Creative Arts After-School Program provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for children with and without disabilities in the Reseda, California community. Through fine arts, music, performing arts, film and digital media, physical fitness, and home and life skills, children discover their strengths and talents after the school day ends.
Our after-school program staff guide children through hands-on, creative programming designed to build confidence, independence, and joy.
