Direct Support Professionals Recognition Week is a national celebration honoring the dedicated individuals who provide hands-on care and support to people with disabilities every day. At TLC, we are proud to celebrate the Direct Support Professionals who make our Residential Program feel like home for more than 80 adults with disabilities in the San Fernando Valley.
Our DSPs show up every morning, every evening, and every moment in between, helping residents live with dignity and independence. From preparing meals and coordinating appointments to celebrating milestones and simply being present, their work is the foundation of everything TLC does.
