TLC’s Children’s Creative Arts Program and Ballet For All Kids are proud to be part of the Shine LA Beautification Event Fair, presented by Mayor Karen Bass and Councilmember Bob Blumenfield. Stop by our booth to learn about two inclusive programs built for every child in the San Fernando Valley, and enjoy a morning of community, connection, and fun.
Event highlights include hands-on volunteer activities, a free backpack giveaway for kids, a community resource fair, and much more. All are welcome and admission is free.
