With his sharp mind, warm spirit, and gift for storytelling, John is a living link to TLC’s history. His joy in sharing memories makes him a beloved figure to everyone who knows him.
A Creative Force
In the past two years, John has flourished in TLC’s Creative Arts Program (CAP). Whether starring in our new website video or appearing in brochures that showcase our growth, John brings an authenticity and warmth that truly capture the heart of our mission. His artistic journey continues to inspire students, staff, and community members alike.
Braille and Clay: John’s Passions
Two of John’s favorite classes, Braille and Ceramics, highlight his curiosity and creativity. In ceramics, John has become a standout artist, creating beautiful pottery pieces that he proudly sells. His work is more than art, it’s a tangible reflection of his dedication, growth, and the happiness he shares with those around him.
A Role Model and Innovator
John’s contributions extend far beyond the classroom, and he is respected and admired throughout TLC and the community thanks to his leadership and innovation. As he continues experimenting with new ceramic designs, we can’t wait to see what imaginative pieces he’ll create next.
