As 2025 comes to a close, I would like to thank you for the difference you have made at Therapeutic Living and Learning Centers (TLC) this year and invite you to help us finish the year strong.
As TLC proudly celebrated its 50th anniversary, we reflect on how your generosity has fueled transformational change. This year, your support helped launch the Children’s Creative Arts Program, bringing the joy of music, dance, theater, and visual arts to kids and teens across the San Fernando Valley.
You have opened doors for young people to discover their voices, build confidence, and express themselves through creativity.
Our new TLC Black Box Theater has already come alive with 15 unforgettable performances and now welcomes community groups to take the stage. Together, we are creating a vibrant space where neighbors connect, stories are shared, and the arts continue to inspire new possibilities for the next generation.
And in August, we were thrilled to kick off construction on the long-awaited renovation of our Creative Arts Program Center. This marks the most significant capital project for our residents and day program participants in more than 40 years. Once complete, the CAP Center will elevate our spaces to meet the highest standards of accessibility and safety, ensuring everyone can participate with dignity, ease, and joy.
